Attorney Biography

Brittany Waters, Esquire

Ms. Waters concentrates her practice on all areas of labor law, advocating for unions and individual employees in collective bargaining, disability claims, pension rights and grievance representation.  Her work includes handling grievance and interest arbitrations, contract negotiations and administrative proceedings.  She represents numerous police bargaining associations throughout Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties.

Ms. Waters also focuses her practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.

Brittany attended The Pennsylvania State University (University Park) where she received a BA with High Distinction, double-majoring in Crime, Law & Justice, and History.

She received her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Villanova University School of Law. 

Ms. Waters is a life-resident of Chester County.
