We also represent companies, executives and professionals negotiating employment contracts, non-competition agreements, partnership agreements and related matters.

In the public sector, we have long represented police, teachers, and school service unions in southeastern Pennsylvania in wage negotiations and arbitrations, as well as individual union members in matters relating to their employment.

We represent worker’s compensation claimants in all types of cases. We represent employers and employees in unemployment compensation proceedings. We are available as consultants to businesses, seeking strategies to minimize costly disputes.
